Yes, I know this is something hugely popular in society today, but I have no idea what a 'Twitter' is. Can one of you kind folks please explain this to me?You see, I'm such a funny person. I can actually just go and search it up on the internet and I'll probably get loads of hits, but this is the weird way that Nick's mind works. Everything's always a whole lot clearer when you hear it from people you know.

Twitter is like an online sms. Its similar to the "What's on your mind?" in Facebook. However, you have followers (people who gets your Tweet whenever you have an update) and followings (people's tweet that you want to follow gets listed on your Twitter space), instead of "friends". It limits you up to 140 characters per update. In certain countries u can update your twitter space using your mobile phone via a local sms. In Msia, u hv to sms a USA no. (50sen per tweet!) However, most mobile devices, have developed special apps that allows u to update your twitter space without u going onto the Twitter website. Such apps include TweetDeck, Tweetie, PowerTwitter, among many others. So u can update your Tweet space if u have 3G. My Tweet ID is Fish_inthesea & Lili's is Nicolecheong.
